• Our check-in time is from 3PM to 9PM and check out is 11AM.
  Reception open from 8AM to 9PM.
• We have Luggage holding service.Feel free to ask to the reception.
  （This service is only available for our guest before checking-in and after checking-out for a day.）
  
• Please pay the total amount in Japanese YEN at the time of check-in. (credit card is not acceptable.)
• Living room, television, the Internet, kitchen, refrigerator, toilet, and shower are common.Utilities are free during your stay.
• There is the extra charge 500yen to use our facility before checking-in at 3pm and after checking-out at 11am.
  
• Sorry, We don't have the preparation which accepts a small children stay.(Age Restriction = no children under 10 years old)
• Our policy of cancellation charge.
  We charge 50% of the price if you inform us the cancellation a day advance. We charge 100% if it is on the day.
