FAQs

How do I wash my clothes? Do you have a washing machine?
We have no washing machine in our guest house but there are some coin laundries in 10 mins walk from Khaosan Tokyo guest house. We have drying space in the top roof of our building.
Do you sell some amenities such as shampoo, soap, towels and Etc. ?
We have no service of selling amenities. Please provide by your self.
Do you have curfew in Khaosan Tokyo?
We have no curfew at all but if you come back very late, please do not make noise because
some of other guests are sleeping.
Where are the guests from?
Our guests are from many countries such as Japan , Singapore, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Austria Germany, Switzerland, China, the United States, Canada, Thailand, South Korea, Egypt, Colombia, Britain, Prans , Italy, Poland, India, Finland, Sri Lanka, Uruguay, the Philippines, Mongolia and Etc.
Do you rent a bicycle?
We do not rent a bicycle but there is a pubic rental bicycle sercive near our guest house. They rent you a bicycle in 200yen for 24hrs.
Is that OK if it is my first time to come to Japan?
Don't worry Be happy. We are looking forward to seeing you.
Can I access to the Internet by my laptop?
You can access to the internet by LAN cable.
Do you have drinking party at the living every night?
It is not every night. Some time , they drink together at the living room and another night, they watch a movie together. Please ask to staff if you have a plan to do something. You are very welcome and we help you.
Do you have a convenience store near your guest house?
There are Convenience store, 100YEN Shop, 99YEN Shop,(24H)Super market, Post Office and Bank near our guest house. (All are in 5mins walk).
